We are a team of technicians specialised in several areas, such as Chemistry, Physics, Biomedicine, Robotics, Mechanics, Biotechnology, etc.
Our team is a specialist in in all phases of industrial property development, until the granting of patents. Our team has a long experience as Examiners of patents and in other cases as technicians in Industrial Property Agencies. We have specialised patent certificates such as Patent Processing, Search and Examination from the European Patent Office. Patent, Search, Documentation and Examination Techniques of Interpat in Sweden, sponsored by WIPO. International Seminary, Patent and Industrial Design from WIPO in Geneva. Search, Examination, Patent Processing and Industrial Designs at WIPO, among others.
Our mission as an IP agency is to collaborate and develop the technical and scientific part of patent files, both in the drafting of descriptive reports and in any other technical service necessary in the processing, notification until the grant patent file. We can help to design the best processing strategy if required by the client or only by intervening as support in the technical and adjustment part of the regulation.
We can also support by means of technical foundations, the decisions that allow a better strategy to process a dossier, according to the needs of the clients, that is, advising with another opinion which methodology may be the best when it comes to extending request.
We have a long experience at national and international level, in responses of official actions, oppositions, resources, patentability reports, prior art searches, freedom to operate reports, technological surveillance, etc.
We also reply to official actions issued abroad in order to facilitate the work of correspondents and reduce processing costs.
Another of our services is the valuation of patents, since a patent is an intangible asset, helps to make decisions when transmitting or allowing the use of the same, by third parties
